SpineCare Long Island is looking for motivated, professional individuals to join its rapidly growing administrative (non-clinical) office team. Ideal candidates will be those who are committed to providing an exceptional experience for patients in our offices and on the phone. This is a rare opportunity to join a private practice led by some of Long Island’s most highly respected physicians in brand new locations in Holbrook, Huntington, West Islip and Great Neck.
We are hiring for both part-time and full-time positions in all areas: front desk reception, authorizations, surgery scheduling, billing and collections, marketing, management, e.g.
A minimum of two years of medical office experience is strongly preferred, but we will train anyone whom we feel is an exceptional candidate. Relevant experience may include front desk/reception, scheduling, EMR, phones, prior authorizations, insurance verification, billing, interfacing with managers and doctors.
Required skills include excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills; strong computer skills, including practice management and EMR software, Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; ability to work well with patients, co-workers, managers and physicians.
